What it is not
- Not a directory that practices must join. Every Canadian practice is listed from public records, and every route continues to the practice's own booking page or phone.
- Not a scheduler. Practices keep whatever they run; Nornak works with it.
- Not an AI receptionist. Agents belong to patients and platforms; Nornak is the road between them and the chair.
Neutrality, in writing
Nornak is an independent company. The rule that keeps the gateway honest is simple: gateway data is never used to sell practice software, every scheduler vendor gets the same technical and commercial treatment, and a request is never presented as a confirmed booking.
